excellent stay, great service
new look helpful staff friendly service
the hotel was very clean and looked new. it provided everything i needed for my stay. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was good (especially the pastries!).
the location was a bit far from some attractions, which required a tuk-tuk ride.

The hotel offered free bicycles . I used them daily. a pool area is also available. wifi access is available in all rooms.

the staff was attentive. i got help to rent a motorcycle from reception (it made getting around much easier).

unhelpful staff stale bread
The location was acceptable, close to the center and very peaceful.
The staff were not helpful AT ALL. I had paid for breakfast before taking the slow boat. They initially refused to provide any breakfast, then agreed to a takeaway option per their information pack. The breakfast consisted of two stale bread pieces and the end of a stale baguette. It was dissatisfying.

amazing breakfast selection complimentary bicycles pristine pool area
The breakfast selection was amazing!!! i pre-ordered each morning and everything arrived promptly. the hotel provided complimentary bicycles. I explored the surrounding area. the pool area was pristine. It offered a very relaxing atmosphere.

helpful staff bright decor relaxing atmosphere
The staff was helpful. they assisted with local directions and recommendations. the rooms had bright decor. natural light filled my room. It was beautiful. the pool was a standout. the pool area was very clean. i enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the pool.
the breakfast selection could have included more variety.
